the petitioner is concerned and further directing 1st, 2nd the respondents herein to issue suitable direction regarding the norms to be followed by the 3rd and 5th respondents herein for the fixation of teacher posts in the 6th respondent School as per the G.O.Ms.No.525, School Education (D1) Department dated 29.12.1997 taking into consideration the interpretation of the same while effecting deployment.

When the matter was posted for hearing on 24.07.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 25.07.2017. On 25.07.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter is posted under the same caption today (i.e. 10.08.2017). Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
2.Since the petitioner is challenging the transfer order by filing the above writ petition in the year 2004, the same is pending for more than 13 years. Admittedly there is an interim order in this writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is hereby dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
