This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner for constructing a house in Survey No.88/2 at Thulasampatti Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that, on the representation given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted in C.S.R. No. 97 of 2024 and the same was closed on 23.04.2024.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), no direction can be issued and it is liable to be dismissed.
