The present Writ Petition is filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take necessary action on the basis of the show cause notice issued to the 3rd respondent herein in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Na.Ka.No.5402/2009/A1 dated 29.07.2013 for cancelling the name of the 3rd respondent in the Tax Assessment Register in respect of the property situated at Ward No.28, Door No.16, V.R.M. Road, Tiruvarur, Tiruvarur District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner is no more and liberty may be granted to the legal heirs of the petitioner to initiate steps for the redressal of grievances.

3. Thus, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are at liberty to initiate all appropriate actions for the purpose of redressal of their grievances, if any exists.

4. With this liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
