ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from causing any mutation in the revenue records without considering the representation made by the petitioner on 28.09.2020.

2. Mr.Mani Gopi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 6 submitted that the 4th respondent has already taken the representation made by the petitioner on file and has fixed the date for enquiry on 10.11.2020 at 10.00 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all relevant documents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 4th respondent has already called the parties for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to proceed further with the enquiry after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioners and the 7th respondent and shall pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
