ORDER

The payer sought for in the present petition is for direction to the respondent herein to return the petitioner's passport. Pending the petition, the report was called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate - VI, Coimbatore, seeking for details of the passport and the learned Judicial Magistrate, by his letter dated 13.03.2018 has informed this Court that the petitioner's passport bearing No.L7748473 has been surrendered before the learned Judicial Magistrate - VI, Coimbatore, in connection with the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P.No.17885 of 2017 dated 24.08.2017 and that passport is before the said Court. In view of the same, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court seeking for return of passport, and if such an application is filed it shall be decided on its own merits.

With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
