The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this writ petition has been filed for issuance of planning permission.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned standing counsel for third respondent submitted that pending writ petition, planning permission has already been granted to the petitioner by the third respondent on 27.04.2017. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that in the order dated 27.02.2025 in W.P. No.41486 of 2016, the appearance portion of the respondents has been erroneously stated as ''Mr.R.A.S.Senthil, AGP for R1 & R2 and Mr.R.Rajeswaran for R3 instead of ''Mr.N.Navin Kumar for R1 to R3''.
3.Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appearance portion of the respondents in the order dated 27.02.2025 shall be corrected to read as ''Mr.N.Navin Kumar for R1 to R3''. 4.In all other aspects, the order dated 17.02.2025 in W.P. No.41486 of 2016 shall remain unaltered .
