This Court on 15.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.4805 of 2024 granted bail to the petitioner with a condition that "petitioner, at the time of executing surety, is ordered to be released on his own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the satisfaction of the III Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu". Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of this condition.
