This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7064 of 2023 dated 29.03.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 07.00 p.m. until further order".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7064 of 2023 dated 29.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m. until further order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
