Petitions praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (1)grant stay of the 2nd respondent's impugned order of removal from service in ref. Proc.No. Mine-1A/ HR/ DA/ 673 /2013, dated 17.09.2013, (in WMP.16473/2019);

(2) To issue a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to report back duty, pending disposal of the writ petition (in WMP.16474/2019)and

(3) To issue a direction to the respondents to provide salary benefits to the petitioner from January 2012 to January 2019, (in WMP.16475/2019) respectively pending WP No.16884 of 2019. Hence, these miscellaneous petitions cannot be entertained at this stage.
