Kanagasabai v. Thangam

C.M.P.Nos.12873 & 12876 of 2022 in S.A.No.74 of 2010 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.12873 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the order dated 26.04.2022 and restore the petitions in C.M.P.Nos.19333 to 19335 of 2017 in S.A.No.74 of 2010.

2.C.M.P.No.12876 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the order dated 26.04.2022 and restore the Second Appeal in S.A.No.74 of 2010.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

4.Though notice has been served on the proposed respondents 5 & 6, there is no representation for them, either in person or through counsel.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, in C.M.P.Nos.12873 & 12876 of 2022 are ordered.
