This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7266 of 2023 dated 31.03.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying the conditions.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and further the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
