This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 05.11.2014 given by the petitioner and investigate the matter in accordance with law.
2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a complaint dated 05.11.2014 was given by the petitioner to the first respondent, who initially forwarded the same to the second respondent. Now it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the second respondent has forwarded the complaint to the Inspector of Police, Thiruninravur Police Station for want of territorial jurisdiction to investigate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application showing Thiruninravur Police as first respondent.
