Crl.M.P.No.8076 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9625 of 2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9625 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023 to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report.
