This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the order of the first respondent herein in AP.No.15/2006 dated 31.08.2018 on the file of the first respondent herein.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that during pendency of this petition, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties out of the Court and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. In view of the submission made by the respondents, the impugned order in AP.No.15/2006, dated 31.08.2018 passed by the first respondent is set aside and accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.
