Crl.MP.No.8948 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.201 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI,J.

The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every monday at 1030 a.m. Until filing charge sheet and thereafter, the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all hearing dates imposed in Crl.A.No.201 of 2024 dated 13.03.2024.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. Further, charge sheet has been filed in this case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every hearings. This petition is ordered.
