O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 23.01.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.34818 of 2019 has not been complied with.

2. The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the order dated 23.01.2020 passed by this Court in the W.P.No.34818 of 2019 has been compiled with through the proceedings dated 17.11.2021.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Application is closed.

4. If there is any dispute with regard to the quantum of the money settled and other claims made by the petitioner, it is left open to the petitioner to agitate the same independently in the manner known to law.

5. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected applications are closed, if any.
