2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the respondent.

3. The learned III Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the Original Petition in O.P.No.992 of 2012, on merits. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
