ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2017 in accordance with law and transfer all the cases annexe3d with the petition to Special Court Coimbatore constituted under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.

2. Since many cases constituted under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 were foisted against the petitioner, he had given a representation on 10.01.2017 to the first respondent seeking transfer of all the cases to the Special Court, Coimbatore. Since his representation has not been considered till date, the present petition has been filed.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the matter, I direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2017 on its own merit and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In the above terms, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
