These petitions have been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli instead of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore and to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11394 of 2024 dated 09.05.2024.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for. Further, the time granted by this Court to comply with the condition (5) in Crl.O.P.No.11394 of 2024 shall be extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
