CRIME NO.617 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that they have report before the respondetn police every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders, by order dated 04/02/2021 in Crl.M.P.No.820 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18312 of 2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.FRANKLIN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 04.02.2021 in Crl.MP.No.820 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.18312 of 2020 modified the conditions imposed on the petitioners. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 04.02.2021 alone stands relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
