O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to survey the petitioner's land measuring 1.64 hectares in R.S.No.436/1 (old S.F.No.223, 224, 225A and 226) in Kundadam Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tirupur District, by disposing of the petitioner's application dated 28.03.2024, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was allotted to her as lot No.2 vide an order dated 18.10.2004 in a final decree application in I.A.No.542 of 2004 in O.S.No.308 of 2004 by the learned District Munsif, Dharapuram. It is the grievance of the petitioner that her 2/4

online application dated 28.03.2024 to survey the said property and demarcate its boundaries, has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

4. Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 28.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for survey of the property and demarcate the boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 13.06.2024 gya Index : Yes/No 3/4
