Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order in DII/SITP/SLP/2004 dated 27.07.2006 issued by the 1st respondent and the consequential proceedings initiated in Ref.No.D1/SITP/SLSP/08 dated 21.04.2008 by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and forbear the respondents from proceeding under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act and to evict the petitioner from the plot bearing No.12/A-18 situated at SIPCOT IT Park, Siruseri, Kancheepuram District an extent of 1.00 acre allotted in the favour of the petitioner.
