(CRIME NO.2 OF 2020) respectively Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.Nos.14006,15217,14710 & 14920/2020, dated 16.06.2021.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM(IN CRL.OP.No.14006/2020), M/S.G.SANKARAN(IN CRL.OP.No.15217/2020), M/S.V.JAYAPRAKASH NARAYANAN(IN CRL.OP.No.14710/2020) and B.JAWAHAR(IN CRL.OP.No.14920/2020) Advocates for the petitioners and of Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl. Side)(IN ALL THE PETITIONS) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-

Vide order dated 16.06.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioners in the above petitions on bail on certain conditions. These petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 16.06.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on 1st day of every month at 10.30 am till the filing of charge sheet. Thereafter, the petitioners shall appear before the trial court on each and every hearing date until further orders.
