ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 11.08.2008 passed in M.P.No.1 of 2007 in W.P.No.28993 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of 2007.

2. A perusal of the order impugned herein would reveal that this Court has made the interim order of statusquo absolute and has also granted interim injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with the possession of the property belonging to the writ petitioner pending disposal of the writ petition. Further, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition was disposed of in favour of the petitioner and thereafter, the respondents have not troubled the petitioner in whatsoever manner. It is also submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the petitioner has not parted with the possession.

3. Under such circumstances, it is unnecessary to pursue this matter. Hence, recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
