The present Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents and quash the impugned notice u/s 148 of the Act in PAN No.AACCR 9899 K dated 08.02.2016 issued by the second respondent and consequently quash the proceedings in C.No.Scrutiny/CC-1(4)/2016-17 dated 08.11.2016 issued by the first respondent.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
