Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.03.2026 seeking for correction in patta No.5732, Ammoor Village, Walajah Taluk in respect of S.No.591/1 having an extent of 2.29 acres and S.No.598 of an extent of 0.62 cents by removing the 4th respondent name and including the petitioner's name.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to correct the patta No.5732 for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition by removing the name of the fourth respondent based on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.03.2026 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents Nos.1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered on merits and in accordance with law after giving due confederation to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the fourth respondent and any other third party whom the third respondent 2/5

deem fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.03.2026 seeking for correction of the patta No.5732 for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition by removing the name of the fourth respondent after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the fourth respondent and any other third party whom the third respondent deem fit to enquire within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
