The Decree Holders in E.P.No.177 of 2013 in O.S.No.421 of 2009 on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee have filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Executing Court to dispose of the Execution Petition within a stipulated time.

Mr.P. Subba Reddy, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioners, submitted that pursuant to the decree passed in the suit

in M. DURAISWAMY,J., sr O.S.No.421 of 2009 on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee, the Decree Holders have filed an Execution Petition in the year 2013. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the Executing Court has not disposed of the Execution Petition even after a lapse of three years. 3.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel, appearing for the petitioners, I direct the Sub Judge, Poonamallee to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.177 of 2013 in O.S.No.421 of 2009, on merits and in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
