O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code praying to withdraw the case in I.D.O.P.No.182 of 2015 pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Thanjavur and to transfer the same to Family Court, Chennai.

2) Today, when this petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this transfer civil miscellaneous petition by endorsing that, the case in IDOP No.182 of 2015 was dismissed for default on 07.09.2017, before the Principal District Judge at Thanjavur and in view of the above, he may be permitted to withdraw the present Transfer CMP and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3) In view of the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
