Respondent/Respondent/Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to modify the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.505 of 2015 dated 09.03.2015 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Coimbatore by modifying executing personal own bond or family card by the petitioner to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri in stead of the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate Special Court for land grabbing cases, Coimbatore. The petitioner shall report before the respondent police concerned daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders in connection with Crime No.37 of 2014 on the file of the respondent.

O R D E R
This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Coimbatore dated 09.03.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.505 of 2014.
2. The learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, while granting anticipatory bail, has imposed a following conditions: i) The petitioner is granted anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or on his surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for land grabbing cases, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Coimbatore on or before 23.03.2015, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed automatically. ii) The petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for land grabbing cases, Coimbatore.
iii) The petitioner shall report before the respondent police concerned daily at 10.00a.m until further orders.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
4. Considering the gravity of the offences, I do not find any valid reason to modify the said conditions. However, I am of the opinion that the time granted by the Principal Sessions Judge, Coimbatore can be extended by four weeks from today.
