O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to grant suitable direction to the respondents police to register the complaint dated 11.02.2015 submitted by the petitioner and take criminal action against the accused Mr.Abdul Hamid Sadiq Batcha in accordance with law.
2. Heard Mr.M.V.Venkataseshan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.
3. It is seen that this petitioner had earlier given a complaint on 30.01.2014 against the counter petitioner which was enquired by the police and it was closed as civil in nature. Again the petitioner has lodged a fresh complaint which was enquired by the police and it was also closed on 03.03.2015.
4. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner seems to have business dealings in which the counter petitioner has paid only part of the amount for the supplies that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
was made by the counter petitioner in Malaysia. In this regard, before the jamath, the counter petitioner has given an undertaking that the matter will be settled with the petitioner.
5. In view of the above facts, it may not be appropriate for this court to issue a direction to the police to enquire to the civil transactions. Under the said circumstances, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner, to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
