Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to issue direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action as against respondents 8 & 9 and other concern persons who cause loss to the 7th respondent temple as well as doing mismanagement in the administration of the said temple, by considering petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2018.

The prayer in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 8 and 9 and others for causing loss to the seventh respondent temple as well as doing mismanagement in the administration of the said temple, by considering petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2018.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 28.08.2018 for want of appropriate remedy to secure and safeguard the interest of the seventh respondent-temple, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the cases and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to issue notice to all the persons concerned whoever is interested in the administration of the temple including the respondents 8 and 9 and conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. The said exercise has to be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
