This petition has been filed for modification to modify the condition imposed in Para 6(a & b) in Crl.M.P.No.10434 of 2022 dated 27.06.2022 on the file of the Hon'ble Sessions Court, Chennai.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 27.06.2022 by the Sessions Court, Chennai. He would further submit that the petitioner is an aged person and she was unable to surrender and execute the sureties as directed by the Court below. Hence, he prays to modify the condition.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the conditions imposed to the petitioner by the Court below are usual conditions. Therefore, he prays for dismissal of this petition. 4.

Heard both sides.

The conditions imposed in the order in Crl.M.P.No.10434 of 2022 dated 27.06.2022 as follows, "6 (a) the petitioners and the sureties shall affix their photographs and left Thumb impression in the surety bond and the Magistrate may obtain a copy of their Aadhar card or Bank Pass book to ensure their identity.

(b) The petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders." 6.

It is seen that the conditions imposed on the petitioner are usual conditions. Therefore, this Court finds no merits to modify the condition in Crl.M.P.No.10434 of 2022 dated 27.06.2022, on the file of the Hon'ble Sessions

Court, Chennai. However, the time is extended to the petitioner, till 25.07.2022, to surrender and execute the sureties as directed by the Court below by an order dated 27.06.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.10434 of 2022. 7.
