ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the co-sister of the detenue - Caillard Christiane Marie Therese aged 64 years. This petition has been filed by her seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents for production of the detenue.

2. On the last occasion, it was informed that the detenue is no more. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor was required to verify the fact. Accordingly, today, it is informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detenue died of due to old age. Thus, this Habeas Corpus petition is dismissed accordingly.
