ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body of the minor Alamelu, daughter of Mahalingam, aged about 15 years, who is detained illegally by the third respondent and to produce before this Court and hand over the custody of the detenu to the petitioner, who is the father and natural guardian, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the victim girl has been secured and the third respondent has been remanded to judicial custody. He further submitted that a statement has been made that custody of the victim girl has been given in favour of the petitioner.
