(a) directing the defendant herein to execute and register a sale deed in respect of the property, viz., No.39/D, North Parade Road, St. Thomas Mount, Chennai - 600 016, more particularly described in the schedule hereunder in favour of the plaintiff or his nominee and in default thereof to direct the Registrar of this Hon'ble Court to execute such sale deed and (f) for costs of the suit.

J U D G M E N T

The suit is for directing the defendant herein to execute and register a sale deed in respect of the property, viz., No.39/D, North Parade Road, St. Thomas Mount, Chennai - 600 016, more particularly described in the schedule hereunder in favour of the plaintiff or his nominee and in default thereof to direct the Registrar of this Hon'ble Court to execute such sale deed and for costs of the suit.

2. The plaintiff has addressed a letter to the Registrar Judicial seeking permission to withdraw the suit as settled out of Court. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
