This petition has been filed to issue necessary direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.08.2014 in C.No.3980/CoP/2014 investigate and file the final report in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No.47/2015 for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 IPC, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.08.2014.
