ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records in Cr.No.6 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur CCB, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District and quash the same in so far as the petitioners are concerned.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police submits that in this case, investigation has been completed, charge sheet has already been filed in C.C.No.749 of 2022 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur.
3. In view of the completion of the investigation and filing of charge sheet, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to participate in the trial and raise all the points which he made in this petition and contest the case. In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 05.12.2022 Page No.2 of 4
