(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the second respondent states that the Cantonment Board has, on 17.06.2015, issued a notice to the third and fourth respondents under Section 235 read with 247 of the Cantonment Act, 2006. No reply to the same was sent by the third and fourth respondents and the matter has been placed for further action by the Cantonment Board as a proposal in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

meeting scheduled for 08.03.2016. It is also stated that even the representation of the petitioner has been replied to on 02.03.2016. It is assured that necessary action in accordance with law will be taken against any unauthorised construction. 2.The aforesaid being the position, no directions are required in this petition. Writ Petition, accordingly, stands closed. No costs.
