O R D E R

The prayer in the present petition is to set aside the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chennai in Crl.MP. No.17367 of 2017 dated 30.11.2017 and consequently permit

the petitioner to cross examine the witness PW2 to PW7 in SC. No. 48 of 2016.

2. Heard both sides.

3. By an earlier order of this Court dated 18.01.2018, the petitioner was permitted to cross examine PWs 2,3,4 and 5 on 30.01.2018. It is now represented before this Court that the prosecution had produced the PW5 alone for cross examination and hence other three witnesses could not be cross examined.

4. In view of the said submissions, the petitioner is permitted to cross examine PWs 2,3, and 4 on 05.02.2018. The respondent shall ensure that the said three witnesses viz., PWs 2,3 and 4 are produced before the concerned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chennai effectively on the said date.

With the above observations, the criminal original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
