(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH.,J) This present petition has been filed seeking extension on the ground that certain ceremonies will have to be performed after the conduct of the marriage.

2.We do not find any reason to extend the leave as earlier, it has been granted for specific purpose. This is nothing but an attempt to seek extension by one way or the other.

3.In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to grant the prayer as sought for by the petitioner. However, as the compliance has to be reported by tomorrow i.e., 17.10.2020, we extend the leave already granted only for purpose of reporting compliance. We make it clear that the convict will have to report before the Superintendent, Central Prison, Coimbatore on or before 19.10.2020 at 5.00 p.m.

The miscellaneous petitions is closed accordingly. Post the HCP 'for reporting compliance' on 28.10.2020.
