ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to third respondent to issue legal heir certificate to petitioner in respect of deceased Mr.N.Jayabalan by considering petitioner's application No.TN7202601281012 dated 28.01.2026 after getting no objection certificate from fourth Respondent viz., Mrs.Shanthi, in accordance with law.
2. Learned counsel appearing for fourth respondent would submit that fourth respondent have no objection for issuance of no objection certificate in favour of petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3 would submit that they would consider petitioner's application dated 28.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner as well as fourth respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to
by learned counsel for petitioner as well as fourth respondent.
4. In view thereof, there shall be a direction to second respondent to call both petitioner as well as the fourth respondent for an enquiry on 10.06.2026 at 11:00 am and pass appropriate orders on petitioner's application dated 28.01.2026, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the fourth respondent to issue a no objection certificate by then, which may also be placed for consideration.
5. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
