ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 20.02.2013 passed in W.P.No.1365 of 2011 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.As against the order passed by the Division Bench, Civil Appeal No.11943 of 2014 has been filed before the Apex Court by the contemnors and the same is pending.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing on the last occasion, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4.In such view of the matter, we are inclined to close this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
