(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH.,J) Seeking extension of leave already granted by this Court, the present petition has been filed.

2. Considering the averments made, we are inclined to extend the leave already granted till 24.10.2020 subject to the same conditions imposed in the earlier order. In the meanwhile, if the convict wants to take treatment in the hospital, the escort accompanying him will have to facilitate the same. The convict shall return to the prison on 24.10.2020 at 5.00 p.m. We make it clear that no further extension will be granted. This miscellaneous petition stands ordered accordingly.

Post 'for reporting compliance' on 28.10.2020.
