ORDER

This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to allow modify the order of this Court dated 22.04.2025 passed in W.P.No. 32172 of 2024 and WMP.Nos. 34929 & 34930 of 2024.

2. Mr. M. Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P. No. 32172 of 2024 dated 22.04.2025 is factually incorrect and sought to set aside the aforesaid order.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

4. The grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner do not disclose any factual error in the order dated 22.04.2025. Such grounds, if at all, can only be canvassed in an appeal and not in a petition for modification. Hence, the present petition is devoid of merit and liable to be dismissed.

5. Accordingly, the present miscellaneous petition seeking modification of the order of this Court dated 22.04.2025 is dismissed. No costs.
