On a complaint during the year of 2013 by one Gnanasekar, the petitioner herein alleged to have been called to the police station and being harassed.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the complaint was received from Gnanasekar regarding civil dispute and same was registered as C.C.R., and after preliminary enquiry found that it is purely a money dispute and closed the complaint on 22.06.2024.

Since there is no complaint been pending against this petitioner, the apprehension of the petitioner does not sustain. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by recording the closure of the complaint.
