The prayer in this Writ Petition is for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 10.09.2015, and to accommodate the request of the petitioner for issuance of the backlog 'C' forms for the transactions effected during the assessment years 2013-14 and 201415, by following due process of law. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that, it would be suffice, if the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, dated 10.09.2015, is directed to be disposed of by the respondent, within the time, as stipulated by this Court, for which course, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, has no serious objection. 3.

In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.09.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
