abr 2.The petitioner is before this Court challenging an order passed by the Revisional Authority rejecting the petitioner's stay application. The Court by order dated 09.04.2007, granted an order of interim stay subject to the condition the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-. The said condition has been complied with by the petitioner.
