Tr.C.M.P. No.469 of 2018 Tr.C.M.P. No.469 2019 T.RAJA,J.

This Court by order dated 22.08.2019 directed the learned Judge, Family Court, Tirunelveli to dispose of the H.M.O.P. No.1876 of 2019 within six months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. But the learned Judge, Family Court, (FAC), Tirunelveli by letter dated 20.08.2020 sought for further extension of three months time citing the reason that the lock down period has delayed the matter.

2.Considering the prevailing situation, this Court is inclined to give a final chance to the learned Judge, Family Court, (FAC), Tirunelveli to comply with the direction issued by this Court on 22.08.2019. 3.Accordingly, the learned Judge, Family Court, (FAC), Tirunelveli is directed to dispose of the said petition within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
