A perusal of the records would show that after obtaining requisite no objection certificates from the concerned authorities, the petitioner, who is an allottee of the bunk, made representations on 1.8.2012 and 24.9.2015 to the respondent seeking no objection certificate as it has sought for a retail outlet dealership of M/.s.Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited for the 0.18.0 Ares of land situated in Survey No.113/1D Eluvapally village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. Despite the same, no further action is forthcoming. Hence, the present writ petition is filed by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the case of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending representations of the petitioner dated 1.8.2012 including the latest one dated 24.9.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
