The Decree Holders in E.P.No.2 of 2014 in O.S.No.281 of 2010 on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee have filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Executing Court to dispose of the Execution Petition within a stipulated time.

Mr.P. Subba Reddy, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioners, submitted that pursuant to the decree passed in the suit in O.S.No.281 of 2010 on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee, the Decree Holders have filed an Execution Petition in the year 2014. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the Executing Court has not disposed of the Execution Petition even after a lapse of two years. 3.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel, appearing for the petitioners, I direct the Sub Judge, Poonamallee to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.2 of 2014 in O.S.No.281 of 2010, on merits and in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
